Inside the factory
Production runs in Fengtang, Chao'an — the Chaozhou district behind the largest share of China's sanitary ware output. Here is how an order moves through it.
Where we produce
Chaozhou is China's largest sanitary ware production region, and Fengtang in Chao'an district sits at its centre. Being inside the cluster means clay, glaze, kilns, moulds and packaging are all a short drive away — which is why we can hold a 25–35 day lead time and mix so many models into one container.
How a piece is made
Clay body preparation, slip casting in plaster moulds, drying, glazing, then kiln firing at around 1,200°C. Firing decides quality: a piece that comes out warped or with a glaze defect never reaches packing.
Inspection
Every piece is checked by eye after firing — glaze defects, warping, and colour matching against the approved sample. Cartons are checked for count and labelling before loading. Photos of your own order are available on request.
Packing and container loading
Moulded foam or EPS corner protection, then carton, then pallet or loose loading. We plan the load before the container arrives and give you the carton list — dimensions, gross weight, CBM — so you can pre-plan warehouse space.
OEM and ODM
Your logo goes on the ceramic where the process allows, and on the carton and label. New shapes are developed from your drawings or samples through the mould shop.
Certifications
Certification is model- and market-specific. Tell us the destination and we state exactly which certificates the quoted model holds today — we do not print "certified" on a model that has not been tested.
